LAFAYETTE, La. — Police have released photos of a suspect who robbed a bank in Lafayette Tuesday morning.
The armed robbery happened at First Horizon Bank at 9:00 a.m when the bank opened.
The suspect handed a teller a note demanding money, according to Sgt. Robin Green, spokesperson for the Lafayette Police Department. The suspect said he had a bomb in the bag if she didn't comply.
No injuries were reported during the robbery.
The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
