About 30 peaceful protesters gathered Saturday at the State Capitol in Baton Rouge to voice their support for President Trump.
While protests in Louisiana have remained peaceful, law enforcement remain vigilant.
Public safety officers were stationed around the Capitol in vehicles, horses, bicycles, and on foot as people gathered, according to WDSU in Baton Rouge.
The Capitol was closed to visitors after a warning from the FBI and state law enforcement agencies about possible threats over the coming days ahead of President-Elect Joe Biden's inauguration.
