Monroe's newspaper, the News-Star, has moved to mailed delivery.
"News-Star moves to mailed delivery," a post on the Gannett newspaper's Facebook page states. "Unfortunately, the current environment produces ongoing challenges with our newspaper delivery. Despite our best efforts, we don’t see the situation improving soon, but we have another solution."
