Louisiana representatives are voicing their thoughts on the race to the White House after claims from President Donald Trump of wide-spread voter fraud.

In a press conference on Thursday, President Donald Trump delivered remarks from the White House, again declaring himself the rightful winner of Tuesday’s election and that the election is being stolen. Read more on that press conference here

Those that had released statements are below:

Sen. Bill Cassidy
"I continue to hope for President Trump's victory. I respect all parties' right to pursue their claims to ensure a transparent and fair election. It is important that every legal vote be counted. It is especially important that the process be respected. I have faith in the process."

Sen. John Kennedy
"It does not undermine democracy to insist that elections be conducted fairly. President Trump’s allegations about election irregularities should be heard promptly in a court of law. I continue to support President Trump’s reelection. I continue to support the American principle that every legal vote should be counted."

Rep. Clay Higgins
Congressman Clay Higgins released a video to his Facebook page, which has now been removed by the platform.

In his fire-side video Higgins said he has inside data that the election was compromised but stated, "our president is not compromised." He says that he stands with President Trump stating that Trump won the election.

"If any American would stand by and allow the total dissolution of our Republic then you are not an American," he said. Higgins mentioned the 2008 election of President Obama was elected, saying that Republicans respected the election but signified that they do not respect the election of 2020.

"Our president has been under incredible fire," he said. "We have serious issues."

Higgins says that they will follow peaceful resolution of powers when it comes to the outcome of the election but says that "red-blooded" Americans stand with President Trump.

Rep. Steve Scalise
"Americans deserve transparency and to know their vote is protected."

Rep. Mike Johnson
"I'm working with the Trump campaign, and the legal challenges being filed are fully justified-- and they must be properly adjudicated. As I have summarized in multiple interviews (like the one below) over the past 24 hrs, if the people of this country lose their faith in the integrity of our election system it will jeopardize the very foundations of our republic."

Rep. Garret Graves
"As we approach Veterans Day, it is important to remember the incredible sacrifices our veterans and current service members have made to protect the freedoms and rights we enjoy in America. We must not allow politics to manipulate the outcome of our election, as doing so would be a disservice to those that have fought for one nation, not political parties.
The ability to exercise our right to vote and choose our elected officials is the will of the people and they should determine who becomes our representatives and leaders. We must do everything possible to protect the integrity of the election process, ensure every legitimate ballot is counted and safeguard the process from political purposes."

Rep. Ralph Abraham
"I stand by President Trump and his efforts to ensure a full and fair election, and make sure that every lawful ballot is counted. From censoring Republicans to encouraging shady voting practices, the left has pulled every trick in the book to try and win this election. I firmly believe that President Trump and Mr. Guiliani’s efforts bring law and order to this chaos will prevail, and win the President another four years."
