Police are investigating a second shooting on Bourbon Street in New Orleans in less than 24 hours.
A woman was shot inside Mango Daiquiris on Bourbon Street around 12:20 p.m., according to multiple media outlets.
The shooting is less than 24 hours after another shooting happened in the same block on Thursday evening that involved a Louisiana State Trooper. A trooper ordered a driver headed the wrong way to stop their car. The driver would not stop and the trooper opened fire. The driver was hospitalized and listed in stable condition, according to police.
