A Rapides Parish grand jury has handed up a first-degree murder indictment against a woman accused of shooting her husband to death in the parking lot of a Wal-Mart, KALB reports.
Kayla Giles, 31, is accused in the shooting death of her estranged husband, Thomas Coutee, on September 8 in the parking lot of Walmart on Coliseum Boulevard.
Giles will be arraigned later this month.
