232-HELP and VIALINK have created a resource that contains information about people in the state who have reached out for information regarding COVID-19.
The dashboards contain a variety of information, including where callers are located, what information they are seeking, and the types of questions they have. You can also filter the information based on age, location, and other demographics.
Specifically, the site contains the number of callers by parish - Orleans claiming the highest number (9,275). You can select any circle on the state map and find more information by date and parish.
