A drive-thru Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) will open Dec. 3 in Iowa to help hurricanes Laura and Delta survivors.
The DRC operates under strict COVID-19 protocols to ensure visitors are safe. Masks or face coverings are required for entry and service. Survivors remain in their cars. A specialist wearing a face mask will receive documents through the window and return them.
No appointment is necessary. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and closed on Sunday.

The DRC in Moss Bluff will close at 5 p.m. Dec 1. Moss Bluff Senior Center 2868 US Hwy 171 N Moss Bluff, LA 70611
Additional centers are open in Louisiana. Survivors may visit any open center.

Survivors don’t need to visit a drive-thru center to apply or update their application.
