Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a Lake Charles man and booked him with stalking his ex-girlfriend.

Kyle Faul, 33, was booked with cyberstalking, stalking, intimidating, impeding or injuring a witness to a crime and burning a cross with intent to intimidate.

Detectives allege that Faul sent his ex-girlfriend threatening messages and videos over social media. In one of the videos sent to the victim, detectives observed Faul burning a wooden cross and damaging some of her belongings.

A warrant was issued for Faul's arrest, and he was located the following day at a local hotel and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center. He is being held with no bond.
