A man has been arrested in connection with a Saturday night stabbing on 9th Street in Lake Charles.
Police say 40-year-old Dermaine Keith Malbrough allegedly stabbed a victim four times during a verbal altercation on November 14 at a residence.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Malbrough was located at his home and police say that the weapon allegedly used during the altercation was also recovered.
Malbrough was transported to the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Facility and booked on a charge of Attempted Second Degree Murder.
