A Morgan City man has been arrested again on home improvement fraud charges.

Archie Vinning Jr., 70, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for home improvement fraud.
He’s accused of accepting a deposit of $2,685 as a deposit for remodeling materials, but never ordered the supplies to complete the job.
Back in June 2018, the Morgan City Daily Review reported that Vinning was arrested on home improvement fraud charges.
According to the newspaper, Vinning was accused of receiving more than $17,000 for home improvement work that he never completed, Morgan City Police Chief James Blair said in a news release.
