Deputies say that on November 3, 2018, they observed a vehicle pulling out in front of another vehicle. They attempted to make a traffic stop which led to a police pursuit. St. Mary deputies say they followed the vehicle to Bray Street in Franklin where they located the driver 34-year-old Travis Zeno.

A second deputy patrolling the area responded to help deputies in the chase. Upon reaching the scene the deputy made contact with a woman, identified as 32-year-old Shana Jones, after she arrived at the home.
