South Louisiana Community College will hold a Career Readiness Workshop today, Tuesday, October 2 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm at their campus located at 1013 Perret Street in Franklin.
Organizers say the workshop will provide interview prep, tips on professional attire, and resume evaluations. The event is being held ahead of the City of Franklin’s scheduled Career Fair next week. That career fair will take place on Tuesday, October 9 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at the City Park Recreation Center at 500 Shine Forquier Drive.
Those who attend are asked to dress professionally and bring copies of their resumes.
