UPDATE: A man reported missing out of Morgan City is safe.
According to police, Terry Scott, 57, was located after officers received information from a “concerned citizen.”

Police are asking for help in locating a missing Morgan City man.
The Morgan City Police Department is asking for assistance from the public in helping locate Terry Scott, 57. They say he was last seen walking east on Everette Street on September 26, 2018, wearing a collared button-up blue work shirt with gray pinstripes and navy blue work pants.
The public is asked to contact Morgan City Police Department (985)384-2310, 911 or his family if they see Scott.
