ST. MARTINVILLE, La. – Pre-filled sandbags will be available for Lower St. Martin Parish residents from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. beginning April 6, 2019, through April 7, 2019, because of the unexpected flash flooding that occurred in Stephensville/Belle River on April 4, 2019.
The bags will be distributed at Stephensville Park on Hwy. 70 in Stephensville.
