The Mayor of Rayne visited the St. Martinville council to share information on drainage.
At Monday’s meeting in St. Martinville Mayor Chuck Robichaux shared information about a drainage program used in Rayne to keep culverts clean.
Robichaux says he believes it can be useful to other municipalities in Acadiana.
“Our city is going to work with them to build the tools we’re going to train them we’re going to work with them by and otherwise to get them well on their way and we’re going to work towards getting other communities the same program through LaMATS program,” Robichaux said.
