Chez Hope held their annual awareness event in Breaux Bridge.
The event, Thursday evening, was to honor the lives lost and recognize current survivors of domestic violence.
Attendees were able to learn more about domestic violence along with taking part in recognizing law enforcement and candlelight and flower ceremony.
A proclamation on domestic violence was also signed at the event.
