The fourth person wanted in connection with the embezzlement of funds from a local business has been arrested, according to the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say that following the arrest Wednesday afternoon of three suspects who were booked in connection with the embezzlement of funds from a local business, the fourth and remaining suspect 69-year-old Walter Glenn Soileau turned himself in to police Thursday afternoon.
He was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on the below charges:
14 counts of criminal conspiracy (Felony)
14 counts of theft by fraudulent means (over $25,000.00) (Felony)
An investigation is ongoing.
