The Opelousas Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a shooting that left one person critically injured.
Investigators say that Jermaine Turner has been named as a person of interest in the shooting on W South Street near S Bullard Street on Friday, Jan 4, 2019.
Turner has ties to the New Orleans area, according to Opelousas Police.
