UPDATE: The Port Barre boil water advisory has been lifted.

A boil water advisory has been issued for all customers along Highway 190 westward to Opelousas from Bayou Teche Bridge, Odom Street, Midway Lane, Robert Bihm Lane, the north and sound portions of Highway 743 (which includes Waterworks District No. 3 customers in that area) and Rayne Road.
