A man in Youngsville is now known as the Flag Man after putting up over 250 flags in Sugar Mill Pond.

Bill Miller, according to the Advocate, just wanted to show his patriotism by putting out his own flag, but after a neighbor asked him to help put up their own, his job quickly expanded.

The paper says that Miller has installed 261 flags in the Sugar Mill Pond neighborhood in Youngsville as of Wednesday. He has done so many, he has now become known as “The Flag Man.”
