LAFAYETTE, La. – Sears is back in business in Lafayette, but with some changes.
The new Home and Life store is located on Ambassador Caffery near the Super Target.
Sears created these smaller stores to focus more on what each city needs.
A grand opening will be held next week with a special appearance from Downtown Shabby’s Frank Fontana.
“He’ll be doing some demos and recreation projects here on site,” said Rebecca Linn, General Manager, Sears Home and Life. “We’re gonna have a lot of local vendors, lots of food and fun and activities, as well as raffle prizes and a ton of giveaways. It’s going to be fun for the families that you won’t want to miss.”
