Lafayette police say they received a call at about 1:30 p.m. from a local business saying they had received a call from an unknown person making a bomb threat.
The business was evacuated while officers and the Fire Department swept the building.
Nothing was found, the scene was cleared and officers are now wrapping up.
The business is located in the 1200 block of Ambassador Caffery, police say.
Police are investigating the call now. We’ll update this story as soon as we have more information.
