Lemonade for Lane sold lemonade yesterday and today to raise money for Lane’s Legacy.

Lane’s Legacy is an organization dedicated to help families with children battling cancer.

Lane Begnaud was 13 years old when he died last October, after an 18-month battle with bone cancer. He loved Christmas, and so his neighbors put up their light early so that he could celebrate that favorite holiday a few weeks before he passed away. You can see that story here.

On the organization’s Facebook page, Lane’s mom says she made a double pinkie swear promise to Lane that she would help families with children battling cancer.

We are so blessed to have the participation and support of so many people in our community. Please visit one of the “Lemonade for Lane” stands this weekend.#BeTheDifference
