Malik Davis, the Lafayette man accused of murder in the disappearance of Daisy Lynn Landry, has been indicted again.

Davis, 23, was indicted in August 2017 on a charge of second-degree murder.

He’s accused of killing Landry, who disappeared in May 2017. Her body has never been found.

Today, a Lafayette grand jury handed up another indictment in the case, accusing Davis of obstruction of justice.

The additional count accuses Davis of tampering with evidence with the intent of interfering with a criminal investigation.
