Skilled sewing enthusiasts are needed to help bring a comforting touch to grieving children in Acadiana.
Healing House; Hope for Grieving Children is looking for help in creating and restocking their supply of “Feelings Dolls.” The dolls, according to Healing House, is an important part of their Coping Kits which are distributed to over 300 children in Acadiana each year.
The patterns for the dolls are simple to create and Healing House says they are hoping that volunteers will help them.
