Lafayette Police say that a body was found on Tuesday in the 100 block of Lee Avenue in Lafayette.
Police say the body was found at around 7:13 am. No foul play is suspected in the death.
The identity of the person has not been released. A cause of death is being determined by the Lafayette Parish Coroner’s Office.
