A Lafayette business is suing the Louisiana High School Athletic Association for alleged breach of contract.

In the lawsuit, Talk’N T-Shirts accuses the LHSAA of violating an “exclusive partnership” by allowing other t-shirt companies to make and sell apparel with LHSAA logos and trademark phrases.

The LHSAA deferred comment to their legal counsel who was unavailable for comment.

In order to protect the integrity of any/all legal actions between the LHSAA offices and any/all membership or other entities, the LHSAA will not release information. Any questions or comments should be directed to LHSAA legal counsel.
