No one was injured in a barn fire this morning.
Carencro Fire Department firefighters and Lafayette Fire Department firefighters put out the barn fire.
The barn was abandoned with no animals inside, a spokesman said.
The fire started when the owner was burning a pile of brush last night and the and the unattended pile made its way to the barn this morning, the spokesman said.
