IBERIABANK is celebrating Random Acts of Kindness Week by contributing to the grocery bill of area shoppers.
IBERIABANK teams will hit the streets between Tuesday, February 19th and Friday, February 22nd, performing random acts of kindness by paying for groceries at stores located throughout its footprint.
For many years, IBERIABANK has incorporated random acts of kindness into the Company’s culture by encouraging associates to build goodwill in their communities through kindness, a release from the company states. Bankers have purchased gas for people at the pumps, paid off holiday layaways, delivered donuts to service workers and picked up lunch tabs.
Associates have also volunteered thousands of hours to teach financial literacy, pounded nails on job sites, and cooked food for those in need.
