Hospice of Acadiana held their 2019 Gala on Thursday with the theme of A Night to Remember.
Attendees enjoyed music, cocktails, and dinner, along with a silent auction and a keynote speaker. The night was about more than just food and music.
The Director of Hospice of Acadiana Foundation says the real reason for the “Night to Remember” is to honor patients, families, and volunteers that give Hospice its purpose.
“Tonight’s about remembering why we do what we do, honoring our patients and their families, as well as all of the volunteers that help to care for our patients and families. So it’s really paying tribute to all the people that make our work possible,” said Kacee Thompson, the Executive Director of Hospice Of Acadiana Foundation.
