LAFAYETTE – The owner of a Louisiana Latin American newspaper is promoting inclusivity ahead of Christmas.
Gloria Zambrano hosted the Aldea Navideña in Acadiana Park today where children in need received presents.
Zambrano says the Christmas event was for people of every heritage and that it was an opportunity for those in attendance to share with each other their holiday traditions.
There was no shortage of food and music, and Santa Claus made an appearance.
