This afternoon’s inclement weather is causing power outages and some flooding in Lafayette.
Traffic lights are out along University Avenue between Congress and Cameron streets.
There is also flooding under the University Avenue overpass.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area and not drive through water if they cannot see the road.
