On Saturday, August 18, Acadiana’s zoo will be donating part of each adult admission to the Sinitiere family.
For every paid adult admission, $2 will be donated to the GoFundMe account for the family.
The family is recovering after an accused drunk driver crashed into their minivan, killing Abbie Sinitiere, her unborn child, and one-year-old son, Maxxon. Her stepdaughters, Jaiden, 11 and Marlee, 9, as well as her other son, Bentley, 3, were also injured in the crash.
The man accused of causing the crash is in jail in Iberia Parish.
