JEFF DAVIS PARISH — Welsh Police say that they are investigating after a cat was found shot in the head with an arrow.
That cat is still alive and is being treated, according to police.
On Wednesday March 13 around 5:00 pm the Welsh Police Department received a call in the 700 block of Dautel Street in reference to a pet cat that had been shot with an arrow in the head.
Upon arrival officers say they noticed that the arrow was still lodged in the cat’s head.
