The boil advisory issued on March 7 to customers in the Roanoke community has been lifted.
The Jeff Davis Water Commission #1 boil advisory for customers from La. 395 to West Ninth Street was issued after a line repair was necessary at the corner of First Avenue and West Fourth Street.
The boil advisory has now been lifted, and the commission says the water is safe to drink.
