The Lake Charles man wanted for allegedly raping a child has turned himself in to police.
Deputies say 39-year-old Allen Fontenot turned himself in Thursday June 27, to CPSO Sex Crimes Detectives. He was arrested and will be booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.
Fontenot is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl. Allen’s wife, Rachel H. Fontenot, 30 of Lake Charles was also arrested on charges with obstruction of justice and accessory after the fact.
