I-10 West at US 90 in Lake Charles is now OPEN after an 18-wheeler flipped Wednesday morning.
All lanes are open I-10 West at US 90 (Exit 31B). Congestion is approaching Hwy 397.

I-10 Westbound in closed at US 90 in Lake Charles due to a flipped 18-wheeler.
The Lake Charles Police Department advises motorists to avoid the area for around 1 to 2 hours while crews work to remove the vehicle from the roadway.
I-10 West is closed at US 90 (Exit 31B) due to a jackknifed tractor trailer. Congestion is approaching Hwy 171. Use alternate route.

Congestion is reached beyond Hwy 171, according to DOTD. There were no reports of injuries at this time as a result of the crash.
