Pinky the Dolphin is once again showing face in Calcasieu Parish.
One lucky boater, Randall Nugier, captured the footage as Pinky and a dolphin companion swam alongside the Randolph John in the Calcasieu Ship Channel in Cameron at 1:30 p.m. today.
Pinky the Dolphin is an albino dolphin, which gives the dolphin the pink color and its name! The rare gene has made the dolphin well-known around the state and country.
As KATC previously reported in August of last year, Pinky was seen swimming alongside another pink dolphin!
