Two crashed 18-wheelers are still causing some back up on I-10 east in Calcasieu Parish.
According to State Police Troop D, the crash happened at around 3:30 am Friday at milepost 27. Milepost 27 is the Westlake exit.
Westlake Police Department are also on scene.
As of 8:30 a.m., law enforcement are still on scene working to remove the wreckage.
Traffic is currently being diverted from I-10 east to I-210 east. The rodaway is expected to be closed for several hours for cleanup and wreckage removal. Drivers are urged to avoid the area, be patient, and expect delays.
It is unclear if there are any injuries.
