The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office says Mr. Sweat has been found and is safe in Breaux Bridge.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Neil Sweat is 50 years old. He’s African-American, 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs about 172 pounds. He’s a diabetic, and he doesn’t have his medication. He left on foot from a Lake Charles care facility, deputies say.
Sweat was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black beanie, blue shirt, with a grey undershirt, khaki pants, and black tennis shoes. He was last seen in the Teal Street area of Lake Charles.
Sweat’s family says he is from the Jeanerette/New Iberia area and may be headed that way.
