The victim of a fatal shooting in Lake Charles Friday is being identified as a man from Sulphur.
Police say 34-year-old Howard C. Jones was shot multiple times just after midnight on Polk Street between Van Buren Street and Taft Street.
Jones was taken to the hospital where he died.
The investigation remains ongoing.
