The Lake Charles Police Department says they have arrested a man wanted in connection with a July 19 armed robbery in the city.
21-year-old Chance O’Neal Duncan was arrested on charges of Armed Robbery and Armed Robbery with a firearm after police and the victim were able to positively identify Duncan as a suspect in the case.
Police say Duncan and another suspect, who has not yet been identified, allegedly robbed the victim of his wallet, cell phone, and other personal effects in the 900 block of Fall Street in Lake Charles.
When Duncan was identified as a suspect police say that he was already in the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Facility on a separate charge.
Duncan’s bail was set at $300,000.
