Crowley Mayor Tim Monceaux is working with elementary students to help keep the city clean.
He spoke at South Crowley Elementary School about his new anti-litter program Give It Back.
Monceaux later gave each student a bag and together they cleaned up the school.
“We’re just trying to encourage the kids and all of the adults to give back to their community,” said Mayor Monceaux. “So that’s why we call it ‘Give It Back.’ It’s just to try to keep it simple and try to encourage people to help keep our city clean.”
