ACADIA PARISH – Two suspects accused of committing multiple burglaries in Acadia Parish are now behind bars.
Dillon Vullo, 18 of Denham Springs, and Cathryn Dupont, 35 of Egan, were arrested for nine counts of burglary and one count of aggravated burglary. Vullo has also been charged with illegal use of a weapon, attempted simple escape and simple criminal damage to property, according to Acadia Parish Sheriff KP Gibson.
The suspects are accused of burglarizing 10 homes between October 20 and 26. They stole electronics, power tools and guns, stated Gibson.
Investigators were able to identify and arrest the suspects who are also wanted from the Baton Rouge area for burglaries.
