PLAISANCE, La. — Water has been turned off in the Town of Plaisance, officials announced Tuesday. The cut-off is being done to conserve water.
Due to customers running water during last night's freeze, all customers are experiencing no water pressure, according to the Plaisance Water System.
Officials are asking that customers close all faucets at this time to help fill the tower back up.
There will be a water truck at the office to help customers needing water for the time being.
A boil advisory has been issued and goes until further notice
