The recall, according to King Arthur Flour, includes 14,218 cases of their 5lb. Unbleached All-Purpose Flour in six lots. The company says they were alerted by the ADM Milling Company that certain wheat used to make the flour has been linked to an ongoing E. coli outbreak.

No illnesses have been reported in connection with King Arthur Flour.

Consumers who have purchased any of the recalled lots are advised not to consume them and either throw them away or return them to the place of purchase for a refund.

The only product affected by the voluntary recall is the Unbleached All-Purpose Flour (5 lb.) from six specific lot codes and three Best Used By dates. Those dates can be found on the bottom of the side panel, below the nutrition facts.

  • BEST USED BY 12/07/19 LOT: L18A07C
