Video captured on a Texas roadway shows the moment a truck slams into a man working on a traffic signal while hoisted in a bucket.
The incident happened on February 25 in Fort Bend County and was captured on freelance photographer Adam Wolf’s dashcam.
According to KTRK, the vehicle was traveling at 50 mph when it hit the bucket containing the worker. The worker, who was wearing a harness at the time of the accident, dangled in the air for 30 seconds before being lowered to the street.
Wolf says a bus passing through nearly missed hitting the utility worker following the crash. The driver of the truck did reportedly stop following the accident.
