Rapides Parish Deputies are currently on the scene in the Washboard Road area of Pineville investigating an apparent touchdown of a tornado in that area.
Officials say that deputies, along with civilians, are going house to house checking on residents to see if there are any injuries. So far, no injuries have been reported.
Deputies are cautioning the public to limit traveling in that area due to debris.
