The 13-year-old boy that moved a community to bring an early Christmas to Youngsville has died.
According to an obituary, 13-year-old Lane Begnaud passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018, after an 18-month battle with bone cancer.
Lane was a lover of the Christmas season and in the weeks before his passing, the community of Youngsville came together to make neighborhoods merry and bright.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Martin & Castille Funeral Home SOUTHSIDE location, on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A private family only funeral service will be held Wednesday.
